Kim and Khloe Kardashian's Diet and Fitness Secrets Khloe Kardashian says she’s super happy with her new body and big sister Kim Kardashian says that she is in the best shape of her life.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, Khloe says she started emotionally eating when her parents, Robert and Kris Kardashian, were going through a divorce and her weight has been a roller coaster ever since then. According to Khloe,
“I was anorexic when I was 15 I’d be obsessed with working out, and I’d never eat.
That was the worst I’ve ever been. I’ve been very underweight and then overweight by about 30 pounds.”
Big sister Kim has too dealt with struggles, with her own weight, fluctuating up and down over the years.
Kim says she has always been happy with her curves but is now even happier living a healthy and fit lifestyle.
To shed the weight, Khloe enlisted the help of sister Kim and worked out about 45 minutes a day, five days a week, and maintained a balanced, practical diet. As a result, she shed 20 pounds from her 5-foot-9 frame over four weeks! Kim has since released her own workout video line, "Fit in Your Jeans by Friday", which is a fitness top seller.
Train with a friend- Like Khloe, she admits that she could not have lost the weight without the help of big sister Kim. Saying ” “We both have a sweet tooth and keep each other’s snacking habits in check. Just having someone’s encouragement makes it so much easier.” Having the support of a family member, friend, or co-worker will make staying focused and on track so much easier.
Keep a food journal- Over the next week, write down everything that you take in and you will probably be surprised how many extra calories that you are consuming. Hold yourself accountable by writing down your goals and sticking to a balanced, practical diet that you can keep track of in your food journal.
Prepare your schedule and food in advance- If you want to find time to go to the gym than you have to make time. Plan out your days and weeks in advance and always schedule in time for you to work-out. Same goes with food preparation, prepare your food in advance for packing and on the go meals. It is much easier to stick to a nutrition program when you have food with you and prepared.
If you mess up, don’t blow the rest of the day- We are all human and make mistakes or give in to tempting cheats every now and then. It is what you do after the cheat that will determine your success. Never have two bad meals in a row, if you mess up, get back on track during the next meal.

hi, my name is vanessa... and ever since i can i remember i''ve had problems with being a huge fatass!!! i had a baby 7 months ago and can''t get rid of the extra 10 pounds of embarressment i added to the 215 pounds i already wieghed... (i used to wiegh 145 which was really nice for my body type)...i''m 5''7 so people don''t automatically see me and think dam that hoe is A WHALE!!! but the wieght isn''t hard to see... any ways what im saying is its hard to exercise being a 24/7 mom and my boyfried LOVES EATING OUT!!!! i used to be a very, very, VERY confident person but..........now that i''ve put on all this wieght i''m starting to hate myself and i HATE MIRRORS when i used to LOVE seeing myself every where.. whatever.. im just rambling on and on i just needed to get that out... bye bye

Khloé, I feel happier just by looking at you, and I think we have many common points with you, maybe because I am a cancer too. I wish i had you close to me as my best friend, life would be much easier for me. None of these freaks around me seems to understand me, and I like a very little few of them. Kisses.
