When animal lover Khloé Kardashian got wind yesterday that a dog named Fred was about to be euthanized if it didn't find a home right away, the youngest Kardashian took action.

Khloé, who as a child actually believed she was in fact a dog herself (true statement), immediately jumped on her blog determined to save Fred's life. In less than 24 hours, Fred had a home. Khloé wrote today.

The episode they are in is confirmed to be the third season opener which airs this Fall on a new night, Mondays. The refurbish version of "Beverly Hills, 90210" previously aired on Tuesdays.

For Kourtney and Khloe, this would be their first time making an appearance on a primetime series. As for Kim, she has previously starred on "Brothers" and "CSI:

The power couple are at it again! Khloe Kardashian  and superstar Lamar Odom were caught at the Lakers Championship game at the Staples Center recently. If you thought Khloe's platinum gift to Lamar was incredible, the two love birds were caught smooching plus tongue during the game. The Kardashians descended on New York en masse last night to help Khloe celebrate her 26th birthday. And in their highest platforms, shortest dresses and layers of make-up it was clear it was a girl's night out. They obviously had a great time, with Khloe tweeting this morning:

'Wow! So hung over today! LOL but had the best time with my fam! 'Let's do it again!!! Happy 4th of July!!! Everyone be safe.' Khloe was joined by sisters Kim, 29, Kourtney, 31, and Kendall, 14, as she headed on a boat trip around the city aboard the Utopia III Yacht.

The birthday girl carried her baby nephew Mason, accompanied by her husband Lamar Odom. The group was also joined by Kim's new love-interest, Miles Austin who, like her ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush, is a NFL player. Next to Khloe and Odom, Kourtney looked positively tiny.

Socialite Khloe Kardashian has reportedly landed her own reality TV series about life with husband Lamar Odom and their bid to become parents.

Kardashian wed the Los Angeles Lakers basketball star in September after a whirlwind romance, and the couple will chronicle its life together, and Kardashian's quest to get pregnant on the new show, reports the New York Post. Executives at TV network E! have yet to confirm plans for a series. The network is home to the Kardashian family's hit show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and spin-off show "Khloe and Kourtney Take Miami."
